Vegan and cruelty-free. All of our lashes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use mink or any animal-derived materials, and our adhesive is latex-free and formaldehyde-free.
How the adhesive works. There is no separate tube of glue. The adhesive is pre-applied to each lash using our Ela-stick technology, so you place the lash, press it in, and you are done. We do not sell traditional lash glue.
Shelf life and storage. Unopened lashes keep for around a year. Store them in their original packaging away from heat and direct sunlight, and avoid warm places like bathrooms and cars, as heat can affect the pre-applied adhesive.
Bottom lashes. We do not currently offer lashes for the lower lash line. All of our cluster lashes are designed to sit underneath your natural top lashes. That underlash placement is sometimes confused with bottom lashes, but it is not the same thing.
Brows. Not at the moment. We are a lash-focused brand, but we are always working on new products.
