Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will be happy to accept your return for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the full order. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. This means that we will refund your order as long as the returns process is started within 14 days of you receiving your goods. We will not refund orders outside of this period.
Cluster Lashes (Pre-Glued and regular) Policy: 60% of cluster lashes must be returned in the order to take advantage of our 14-day money-back guarantee. This means that you have not used more than 40% of a box (if a box contains 50 clusters, you haven't used more than 20 - approximately 2 sets of lashes).
We offer exchanges up to 30 days after receiving your order. If you aren't 100% happy with your eyelash style or eyeliner, we'll happily exchange it for another product on our website.
All faulty products are tested upon receipt. If the product is outside of our returns period and is found not to be faulty, we will return it to you. We will be unable to cover return postage costs in this scenario.

We normally review returns requests on the same day. We will approve/reject all returns requests within 24 hours.
Once your request has been dealt with, you will receive instructions to your specified email immediately.
