Removal is simple and should never involve pulling.
Soak a cotton pad in any oil-based makeup remover, hold it over your closed eye for 30 to 40 seconds so the oil dissolves the adhesive, then gently wipe away. The clusters slide off and the adhesive dissolves completely, leaving nothing behind on your natural lashes.
Two rules: let the remover do the work, and never tug. If a cluster is not sliding off, hold the pad a little longer rather than pulling.
Our Cluster Lash Remover is made for the job if you would like a dedicated product, but any oil-based remover works.
One thing to note: oil is how the lashes are removed on purpose, which is exactly why oil-based products need to stay away from the lash line while you are wearing them.
