Every order is covered by our 14 day money-back guarantee, and it covers used products as well as unused ones. If the lashes are not right for you, you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of your delivery date.
The guarantee applies to each order, and the one condition is that at least 60% of the lashes from the order are returned to us, so that we can see the product has been tried rather than used up. On a three-pack order, for example, that means most of the lashes across the order come back, not just one box.
To claim, start a return at lolaslashes.returnscenter.com using your order number. Requests are normally reviewed the same day and you will receive full instructions by email once approved.
