Start your return at lolaslashes.returnscenter.com using your order number. Requests are normally reviewed the same day, and once approved you will receive full instructions by email.
Timing. For a refund, returns need to reach our warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date. For an exchange, within 30 days of receipt.
Postage. Return postage is not covered, and we recommend a signed for or tracked service. Keep a photo of your postage receipt in case you need it.
Address. Suite 35, Geddes House, Kirkton North, Livingston, EH54 6GU. Please put your order number clearly on the packaging and, for exchanges, write EXCHANGE on the outside and include a note with the style you would like instead.
What happens next. You will get an email when your return arrives at the warehouse and again when it has been processed. We aim to process returns within 7 working days of arrival, and refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few days of processing.
If you have tracking showing your return has been delivered and you are waiting on a refund, send us the tracking reference and we will look into it.
