What you can subscribe to. Single packs of lashes: the regular five-row cluster packs, single length packs and petite packs. Choose the subscribe option on the product page.
How it works. The default is a monthly delivery that recurs automatically, so a fresh pack arrives each month at 15% off. Your subscription is charged and dispatched on the same cycle each month.
Managing it. You can skip a delivery, change the style, pause or cancel at any time. Use the manage subscription link in your subscription emails, or simply get in touch with the email address on your subscription and the team will make the change for you. There is no minimum term.
Changing a subscription order that has just been placed. Once a monthly order has been placed it follows the same rules as any other order: it can be cancelled or changed before dispatch (3pm same-day cut-off on working days), and returned under the 14 day money-back guarantee after that.
Payment. If a payment fails, you will receive an email with a link to update your card. If you have any trouble, get in touch and we will sort it.
