Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order, which is handy if you chose a style that turned out to be more or less dramatic than you wanted.
Set up the exchange at lolaslashes.returnscenter.com with your order number. Put your order number clearly on the packaging, include a note with the style you would like instead, write EXCHANGE on the outside of the package, and send it via a signed for or tracked service. You will get an email when it reaches us and again once your exchange is on its way.
Part of a 3 for £30 multipack did not work? Because the three sets come in separate boxes, you can exchange just the set that did not work rather than the whole order. Send that box back with your order number and a note of the style you would like. If you would like to exchange the whole multipack, get in touch first so we can help.
