3 for £30 is our always-on offer on single length pre-glued lashes: any three single length packs for £30. It is applied automatically, and because it is itself a discount code, other discount codes cannot be applied on top of it. Your code will still work across the rest of the range.
Discount codes are entered at checkout. Most codes run for a fixed window; if a code says invalid, check the expiry, check it is not being used on 3 for £30 items, and check it has not already been used if it was single-use.
Forgot to apply a valid code? No need to cancel and reorder. Send us your order number and the code, and we will apply the discount as a partial refund to your original payment method.
Lash Cash rewards are issued as gift cards when you redeem them, and gift cards do work alongside offers and codes, including 3 for £30. If your reward and an offer did not both apply at checkout, send us your order number and we will check your loyalty account and refund the difference.
Missed a promotion? Promotional codes run for a fixed window and cannot normally be extended once ended, but we share offers regularly by email and SMS, so another will be along soon.
