To soothe the area, soak cotton pads in water, chill them in the fridge, and rest them over your closed eyes; this helps reduce irritation, redness and swelling. If the symptoms continue or get worse, please see a pharmacist, optician or doctor.
If any product has gone into your eye (remover, adhesive or otherwise), rinse the eye thoroughly with clean water straight away and stop using the product.
